The structure of From Insight to Impact:
My 20+ years of experience in exploring the human mind and brain has led me to understand that the first step towards creating change is awareness. Once we are aware of what is happening. This part of the training workshops will increase awareness around the chosen topic and their long-term impact and/or benefits. And then we need to have the tools to make an impact as well, don’t we?
Once we built awareness is important to gain insight into how our minds work in different situations and what you can do to take charge of it and change if needed in the particular circumstances we focus on at the time. This insight is crucial for the third part of each workshop. Once we understand how things work, it instantly becomes easier to take control of and positively influence our minds.
And then comes the question: What can I do to change things? At the end of each workshop your team will leave with the Gift of some easily applicable practical tools they can use in their professional and everyday lives.
All three parts will be relevant to your chosen topic(s), whether it is about mental fitness and wellbeing (stress, overwhelm, impostor syndrome, anxiety, negative self-talk, confidence, etc.) or more practical skills like setting yourself up for success, outcome setting, rapport building or communication.

What is the format of the programme?
There is a choice of 1½ hrs training workshops, half or full day training.
You can book a Bundles of 3 sessions (at a discounted price) which can be delivered in one day, monthly or quarterly.
All trainings can be delivered in person or over Zoom. The length and number of training sessions and fees will vary, depending on the specific needs of your team, location, number of attendees, etc. These will be something to explore and discuss in our consultation as well.

Can I book just a stand-alone training workshop?
Of course. One session will have some positive impact; however, it tends to be temporary. Our conscious mind learns by curiosity and the subconscious mind learns by repetition. Continued practice, insight and check-ins will make a significant difference to our thinking, behaviour and communication. Regular training sessions will also bring the element of trust, create a culture of openness where people feel safe to express their thoughts and feelings with the intention of making positive changes in their work and personal lives.

Why study with Vanda?
I have worked as a neuro-rehabilitation specialist (conductor, BA Hons, MA mod.) since 2004. As a conductor I specialised in working with people with different neurological conditions (Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, acquired Head Injury, Stroke, to mention a few). My bag has always been the brain, how it works, neuroplasticity and the incredible power of the human mind.
In 2018 I took on a new journey to study Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I have been practicing as an NLP Master Practitioner and coach, Hypnotherapist and Mindfulness Practitioner for a number of years, helping people with their personal growth. And while I run my own practice, I also live by the main principles of NLP and integrate it into my everyday life.
I am passionate about spreading the magic of NLP as it has a life changing, transformational impact on one’s life. Well, it certainly did for me and continues to do so every single day.
I believe in people’s potential and Life-Long Learning and that everyone learns differently, therefore everyone’s growth will look different.
As you can see, I spent most of my adult life researching and understanding the human mind, how it works and how it can be changed. And my mission is to help people understand their own mind too.
